To pay Love & Company for your speech, occupational, or physical therapy services through the EMA (Education Market Assistant) Scholarship Portal.
1. Click on Marketplace
2. Click on Find Providers
3. Select your Scholarship Student from the dropdown box.
4. For SPEECH Services:
Under Find a Provider, use the drop down menu to find SPECIALIZED SERVICES (SLP).
5. In the SEARCH Box type in “Love and Company”
6. Click on LOVE and Company Therapeutic Interventions LLC below.
4. For PT (PHYSICAL THERAPY) Services:
Under Find a Provider, use the drop down menu to find SPECIALIZED SERVICES (PT).
5. In the SEARCH Box type in “Love and Company”
6. Click on LOVE and Company Therapeutic Interventions LLC below.
4. For OT (OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY) Services:
Under Find a Provider, use the drop down menu to find SPECIALIZED SERVICES (OT).
5. In the SEARCH Box type in “Love and Company”
6. Click on LOVE and Company Therapeutic Interventions LLC below.
7. Under Select a Location to View Services: Choose Love and Company Therapeutic Interventions LLC (it is the only option).
8. Under Services Offered: There are several services listed, including services, evaluations, ADOS Test, and AAC Device Evaluation. Choose the services and quantity (hours) you received or will receive. If you are unsure which one to choose, please call Katie at our office (941) 264-8641.
9. After you choose your services, click on ADD TO CART.
10. After you add to cart, click on GO TO CART.
11. Finally, in your shopping cart, it will give you a summary of your services from Love and Company. If everything is correct, click on RESERVE Funds. The process is complete! Thank you!
