Bonnet Springs Park
Bonnet Springs Park and United Way of Central Florida have joined forces to provide FREE nutritious grab-and-go snack packs for kids and teens.
When:
every Monday in June, starting June 3rd at 4PM at the BSP Power Packs tent outside the main entrance on Webster Ave.
Guidelines:
– Open to anyone under 18 years old
– One snack pack per child/teen present
– Up to two snack packs per adult for absent kids/teens
– No paperwork or registration required
– Snacks available while supplies last

The Friends of the Library Sensory Garden
The Sensory Garden was created for the well-being, learning, and coping needs of children and adults with autism, sensory impairments, Alzheimer’s, and dementia. The garden includes a multi-purpose programming space that will allow users to experiment with and manipulate natural materials, focus attention on sensory experiences, participate in activities that enhance physical wellness, balance and coordination and engage in calming and relaxing activities.

Winter Haven Library Sensory Room
The Winter Haven Public Library’s Sensory Room is a unique space for children of all abilities to interact with an array of multi-sensory experiences. The room is located in the Children’s Department and is designed for children to seek, explore and relax through touch, light and sound. Children, together with their families and caregivers, may benefit from calming effects, stimulation, socialization, improved focus, motor skills development, cognitive development, and sensory development.
